FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: telescopic hydraulic cylinder of double-sided action for substantial stokes is intended for use as power volume hydraulic engine with rectilinear reciprocal motion of double-sided action, in shipbuilding, machine building and other industries. Hydraulic cylinder comprises coaxial set of external and internal piston stages. Double-sided stem of external stage coupled with body of internal stage is fixed by end of smaller diametre at the bottom of external stage body, piston of external stage is arranged in the form of cartridge with various working areas and is installed at double-sided stem. Internal stage is equipped with hollow cylindrical insert rigidly fixed in part of internal stage body, having larger diametre, and cartridge installed in body of internal stage with enclosure of this stage piston and possibility of longitudinal displacement and tight contact inside with this piston, and outside - with cylindrical insert by means of circular journal.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand operational resources of hydraulic cylinder by provision of substantial value of its overall stroke with minimum overall length of telescopic links with insufficiency of space, and also to simplify technology of its manufacturing.
