SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies of canned compotes manufacturing. The method provides for preparing the ingredients, cutting and drying them in the microwave field at preset process parametres. Girasol is roasted and crushed, barley grain is roasted and mixed with girasol in the mass ratio 7:3. The obtained mixture is extracted with drinking water, the obtained extract is filtered, a syrup is made on its basis, the grapes and the syrup are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: production of compote with a coffee flavour and taste without actual coffee content in the recipe and simplified technology.
