SUBSTANCE: mould with two opposite edges is cut from composite fiber fabric. Fabric contains several overlaying primary layers which are connected in such a way that primary layers may slide with respect to each other. Then mould is rolled in such a way that primary layers slide with respect to each other shaping two edges splay, and splay edges are connected to each other in such a way that they don't overlay.
EFFECT: enhancement of endurance of rod under tension and compression.
