FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed workpiece comprises first part produced in compliance with first type of weave structure to make bucket vane and second part made in compliance with second type of weave structure to make bucket root. Said first and second parts are separated by a transition zone wherein first-type weave structure gradually changes into second-type weave structure to terminate therewith with reduced vane thickness between said first and second parts. Other inventions of the set relate to composite bucket made from aforesaid workpiece, as well as to fan and turbojet engine incorporating above described buckets. One more invention of the set relates to method of producing turbojet engine bucket that comprises the following steps, i.e. forming aforesaid workpiece, cutting it in compliance with shape and sizes of parts making aforesaid bucket, and making a mould to accommodate prepared workpiece. Then binder containing thermosetting resin is fed into said mould to impregnate preformed workpiece. Now, the mould is heated to withdraw moulded part therefrom.
EFFECT: higher strength of turbojet engine bucket, lower costs and ease of manufacture.
