FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel pair comprises two driven wheels with element semi-axles and central uncoupling adder. Differential compensated axle consists of two symmetric compositions, i.e. "element semi-axle + driven wheel", expansion spring, protective-limiting cylinder, antifriction bush with flange and uncoupling adder. The latter serves to form wheel pair, after fitting axle box assembly part and spring system in place. Spring system is coupled with rolling stock frame.
EFFECT: efficient increase in speed on rectilinear pieces of line and reduced wear of parts.
