FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: priming and intermediate layers of paint-and-lacquer coating are serially formed on relief decorative surface of initial plate. The first transparent layer, which contains fine balls, is formed on front surface of intermediate layer, and the second transparent or semi-transparent front layer is formed on surface of the first front layer in areas of angles at tops of relief bumps and on adjacent sections of inclined relief walls. Method for outer wall panel painting is described.
EFFECT: stable application of paint-and-varnish coating.
