FIELD: production processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of coating of wall panel with relief on front-face surface and rabbet for attachment at edges. Presented method consists in application of sufficient amount of material to front-face surface and edges without uncovered areas left during panel delivery. Peculiarity of this method consists in the following: during process of panel delivery coating material is supplied to container installed above conveyor line for delivery of wall panels turned face-up and container is filled with coating material. When wall panel is passing under container, coating material flows down in the form of falling flow, affected by its own weight, from outlet in bottom of container, as a result material is coated on front-face surface and edges of wall panel. Size of outlet in direction perpendicular to direction of panel delivery is larger than size of wall panel in this direction; density of application of coating material to front-face surface of panel is 1200-1800 g/m². Besides under mentioned outlet baffle is installed, when flow falls on it coating material flow direction is partially changed, and this baffle is used for application of coating material to edges of wall panel.

EFFECT: it allows to apply sufficient amount of material to front-face surface and edges of wall panel without uncovered areas left.
