FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of a water repellent thermoplastic mixture, containing agent, its location in cylindrical case with a holes on the sides, descending the case into the well, heating the mixture up to environment temperature, disloving the agent mixture with a reservoir fluid flow on a permeable material surface, covering the hole on the case bottom end. The dissolving executed with a rate, smaller then mixture sinking on the permeable material surface rate, with the following transportation of the dissolved inhibitor to the reservoir fluid. According to the first version the device includes at least one section in a form of a void cylindrical case with a bottom for the thermoplastic agent dislocation and covered from the bottom with a perforated blind valve. The case has a non-permeable side surface. The bottom equipped with a dosing hole, covered with a permeable material. For a hydraulic lock formation, over the thermoplastic agent the section is opened from the top side end and located with a gap in a cylindrical cage. There a radial holes on the cage bottom and top parts.

EFFECT: agent supply process efficiency and economy increase.
