SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical security equipment and can be used for protecting different objects and perimetres of stretched sections. The result is achieved by using one of the two proposed methods of generating alarm signals, realised using a new device in accordance with a selected version. Each method involves using a generator to generate a frequency sequence with frequency which depends on parametres of capacitance of the sensing element of the frequency-setting circuit of the generator, which responds to an intruder. The methods are distinguished by the sequence of operations carried out, techniques for measuring, comparing and controlling frequency of the digital processing pulse sequence of all operations, which increases degree of protection from external interference and stability of operation of devices when climatic conditions change. More than one sensing element can be controlled by one device of the selected version of the method and device.
EFFECT: wider functional capabilities, increased reliability.
