FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to thermoelectric instrument engineering, and namely to designs of thermoelectric batteries (TEB). Surface of the structure formed with branches of thermoelectric batteries, excluding areas adjacent to projecting parts of switching plates, is covered with heat-insulating dielectric material layer. Surface area not covered with heat-insulating dielectric material layer is determined with the product of thickness of thermal element branch by 1/4 of its height. The surface not covered with heat insulation layer has shaped side surface with projecting studs located in a staggered order. Heat is removed from switching plates, as well as from the areas adjacent to them, owing to liquid pumping in liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger contacting them.
EFFECT: increasing heat discharge (supply) efficiency.
