SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for extracting nutmeg blossoms by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing, cutting and drying girasol and pomegranate peel in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting girasol, drying up the pomegranate peel by a convective method, mixing the girasol and pomegranate peel in the mass ratio 7:3, impregnating the obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost and pressure releases until the pressure equals the atmospheric pressure simultaneously freezing the mixture and cryomilling it in the medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
