FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to medicine, namely to surgery and medical equipment, can be used in surgery of solitary neoplasms of parenchymal organs. There is applied device made of titanium nickelide alloy and exhibiting the shape memory and superelasticity effects. The device comprises a cylindrical obturator of the wound tract made of titanium nickelide alloy and exhibiting the shape memory and superelasticity effects. The cylindrical obturator of the wound tract comprises a closed wire spiral segment of the diametre that exceeds the neoplasm size. In that specific case the device is additionally supplied with a traction thread made of titanium nickelide alloy and attached to an end part of the distal end of the spiral; the spiral length is 0.5-0.6 lengths of the wound tract of the parenchymal organ. At first the device is cooled and linearly deformed. Then the device pricks the organ through with its puncture passing at the periphery of an organ surface projection of the neoplasm centre. The device is installed in the prick with the spiral coils enabling compression of the organ and thermomechanical reconstruction of the initial form. The device is removed with the rejected tissue on completion of tissue reparation in the wound tract. In that specific case the device is installed in the wound tract of the parenchymal organ by a target prick with a trocar needle and temporarily reinforced with a tubular conductor. The device is removed through miniapproaches by traction of the thread attached to the device and delivered outside with its free end.
EFFECT: method and device used therein allow simplifying surgery of solitary neoplasms of parenchymal organs and technologies of surgical instruments used therefor, reducing intraoperative injuries and haemorrhage.
