FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to thoracic surgery, and can be applied in replacement of extended circular defect of trachea. Essence of method lies in sampling and formation of free revascularisable tubular intestinal autotransplant, sewing it into trachea defect, recovery of blood supply in autotransplant with its further external reinforcement with reinforcing device. As reinforcing device used is meander coil which is at least 10 mm longer than autotransplant. Coil is made from superelastic wire titanium nickelide with rough surface with longitudinal direction of its waves translation. Diameter of turns corresponds to external trachea diameter. Step equals 4-5 mm. Wire is 1.0-1.5 mm thick. Spiral is installed in single stage in such a way that it overlaps by length borders of trachea section substituted with autotransplant. Feeding pedicle of autotransplant is placed in open part of meander coil. Turns of meander coil are fixed to autotransplant and trachea with extramucous sutures in staggered order. Distance between sutures along turns is equal 12-15 mm.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to increase viability of the operation due to reduction of postoperative complications.
