FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for urinary incontinence correction located around the central axis comprises: a nodal element located on the central axis, a support component used to support urethra attached to said nodal element; and a stabilising component used to counteract to motion of said device attached to said nodal element; where said nodal element makes 30% and less of the whole length of the device comprising said nodal element, the support component and stabilising component combined. The method of using the device for urinary incontinence correction involves insertion of said device for urinary incontinence correction and extension of said device for urinary incontinence correction in the position to support the middle of urethra. An apparatus for insertion of the device for urinary incontinence correction of the appropriate extension depth contains: a cover to enclose specified vaginal devices for urinary incontinence correction and a restraint where said restraint prevents too deep insertion and where said terminator is adjustable on said cover.
EFFECT: inventions provide prevention of vaginal infections, necrosis or bleeding.
