FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention generally relates to vaginal insert, which includes a support part, a stabilising part, element for extracting and at least one channel for the liquid passing through the support part. In fact, the cylindrical support part has a distal end, a proximal end and hollow inner part with multiple braces extending from the distal end to the proximal end. Preferably, multiple braces are bent along spiral, passing from the distal end to the proximal end. Maximum circle of the support part has a plugging diameter when said multiple braces are twisted with each other, and a working diameter when the multiple braces are expanded outside in convex position with the diameter exceeding the plugging diameter.
EFFECT: vaginal insert relaxes into vagina by applying external compression force to the neck of urinary bladder through the anterior wall of the vagina for prevention of stress urinary incontinence.
