FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, and physiotherapeutic and medical fitness equipment. A trainer contains a frame structure for an individual to perform relative movements, an actuator of such movements induced by proper muscle force that comprises a nonmagnetic base with a resiliently mounted advance platform with using a wound coil spring provided in a hollow part of a cup bushing. The frame structure enables an individual to be placed and move in the standing position thus comprising a closed rectangular loop that contains an upper "П"-bow of a magnetic material. The wound coil spring is attached on a rolling bearing with its outer race is inserted into a hole of the base frame along the press fit. The bushing is stepped and has an extended part for close-packed installation in an inner race of the bearing. The upper part of the frame accommodates an arm-support brace. A physiotherapeutic mechanism represents brushes mounted inside of both sidewalls of the frame and turned to each other with their bristling surfaces to be brought in a counter contact with their free ends. The brush bases represent axially magnetised constant magnets with opposite magnetisation directions on each sidewall of the frame. The bristling surface contains thin elastic nails of soft magnetic rubber with pointed free ends.
EFFECT: enhancement ensured by simultaneous effect of physiotherapy and therapeutic physical training.
