FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of vehicle motion on elevated motorway. Proposed method comprises forward motion of vehicle on over a traffic lane on elevated motorway, said elevated motorway representing a multi-level at least two vertical level one-way traffic motorway of wavy configuration. One of the lanes comprises one-level lanes, the other one comprises two-level wavy lanes. In compliance with this method, vehicle moves on any lane, starting from the first level, changes from lengthwise flat lane section to adjoining section, thus effecting a stepwise up or down motion from one level onto the other one. Now when on top horizontal section of the same lane, vehicle can change onto adjoining section of adjacent one-level lane, but of higher adjacent vertical level with parallel lanes, and so on and so forth.

EFFECT: increased throughout capacity, uninterrupted traffic on elevated motorway.
