SUBSTANCE: device (50) consists of container (80), wherein there is located means (C) of damage/destruction and displaced facility (62, 63) for puncturing or opening of container. Device also contains facility actuating pressed element/pressed plate (71) and element (62, 63) of puncturing/opening the container at actuating alarm device, notably working volume of container and storage simultaneously decrease. Shape of storage (30) approximately corresponds to external shape of a drum.
EFFECT: operation of device is ensured at any working positions relative to storage of valuable items.
