SUBSTANCE: device includes a case with a central channel, threads for connection with a bottomhole equipment and cavities on its external surface, in which roller located, installed on axis, which bottom ends installed on supports, located in the case on hinges, with rotation ability in a plane, going through case and rollers longitude geometrical axis, and top ends fixed in case radial cavities with ability of a limited outside movements. The case radial cavities equipped with captures, director upwards and towards the outside, and axis top ends equipped with steps, interacting with captures. Axis bottom ends installed into hinges with ability of limited axial movements together with rollers.
