FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: reduction gear includes housing in which there installed is high speed (7) and low speed (8) shafts. Disc (11) with rollers (12, 13) is put to eccentric (9) of high speed shaft (7). Rollers (12, 13) are located uniformly along concentric circles with centre on axis (10) of eccentric and protrude from both sides of disc. Rollers (12, 13) are engaged with rollers (16) of disc (18) of low speed shaft (8) and with rollers (14, 15, 17) of the housing wall. Rollers (15) are installed in holder (20). Inside holder (20) and in cover of housing there installed is restrictor (19) of axial movement of rollers holder. Flange (21) of holder is located between cover of housing and restrictor (19) and pressed with end surface to end surface of restrictor. As per the second version, restrictor of axial movement of rollers is fixed on cover of housing, and flange of holder is arranged between cover and restrictor and pressed to end surface of restrictor with pushers installed in cover of housing. Number of speeds of low speed shaft in reduction gear is determined with number of roller holders.
EFFECT: improving reliability and simplifying the design.
