FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: combustion gas sensor has measuring and compensation sensing elements connected into a bridge measuring circuit, a signal amplifier for the bridge measuring circuit and a comparator for generating an alarm signal. The sensor also has a voltage stabiliser whose input is connected through a measurement shunt to a power supply, and the output to the input of the bridge measuring circuit, as well as a current measuring device whose input is connected to the measurement shunt and the output to the comparator for generating an alarm signal, a voltage measuring device whose input is connected the output of the signal amplifier for the bridge measuring circuit and the output to the input of a control circuit whose inputs are connected to outputs of the comparator for generating an alarm signal and the voltage measuring device.

EFFECT: simplification of device, elimination of the need for incorporating an externally regulated source.
