It consists of single thermocatalytic element, stable current generator, reference voltage source, timer, voltage follower, electronic switches, thermocatalytic element open-state recorder, supply monitor, storage cascade, threshold crossing comparator, data display and transmission unit.
EFFECT: lower costs, decreased overall dimensions and quantity of hardware components, simplified adjustment, ruled out influence of variable external factors.
