SUBSTANCE: device has a reception antenna, an input circuit, a high frequency amplifier, a first asynchronous detector, a heterodyne, a first video amplifier, a differentiating circuit, a first observation oscilloscope, a frequency sweep formation unit, a 90° phase changer, a second asynchronous detector, a high frequency amplifier, a second video amplifier, a pulse former, a switch, a second video amplifier, a control unit, a multiplier and a smoothing circuit. Operation of the proposed device is based on using an asynchronous method of reception and measurement the carrier frequency of pulsed signals with fast frequency search.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of visual determination of carrier frequency and type of modulation of the received signal.
