SUBSTANCE: device presented relates radio measuring equipment and can be used for passive radio control during the solving of problems of hidden characterisation of impulse signals with increased interference immunity and secrecy. Device for frequency measurement of input signals of a panoramic radio receiver contains a reception antenna, input circuit, high frequency amplifier, first and second asynchronous detectors, heterodyne, first and second video frequency amplifier, differentiating circuit, first and second observation oscilloscope, which have vertical-deflecting and horizontal-deflecting plates, forming unit of frequency analysing, 90° phase changer, pulse former and first - third keys, control unit, switch, frequency width gauge, time-interval counter, time-and-frequency matrix former, comparing unit and memory block and analysis, accordingly connected in between themselves.
EFFECT: increase in the functionality of the device.
