Another aspect of invention includes providing mobile device with error processing agent which simplifies or automates the process of device faults correction. Other invention aspects relates to providing mobile devices with simplified user interfaces and enabling mobile device to be controlled and handled remotely.
EFFECT: increase in speed of personalisation and configuration of mobile devices.
