Effect of the proposed technical solution is achieved by the fact that the claimed solution provides for the definition of related tools in the virtual market of distributed tools, which have a dependency relationship with one or more implemented tools with each dependency relationship being an input dependency relationship or an output dependency relationship. Input dependency relation corresponds to the ability to provide data or functionality corresponding to the input dependency of one or more implemented tools. Output dependency relationship corresponds to the ability to use data or functionality corresponding to the output dependency of one or more implemented tools; and providing a recommendation about one or more related tools to an end user.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of virtual market use for distributed tools.
