FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: surface of structure produced by branches of thermoelectric batteries (TEB), excluding areas that neighbour protruding parts of switching plates is coated by layer of heat insulation dielectric material. Area, which is not coated by layer of heat insulation dielectric material, is equal to product of thermoelement branch thickness by 1/4 of its height. Surface, which is not coated with layer of heat insulation, is arranged with transverse grooves. Removal of heat from hot switching plates, and also from neighbouring areas is carried out due to evaporation cooling provided through evaporation system. Removal of heat from cooled switching plates and neighbouring areas is carried out by pumping of liquid in liquid heat exchanger that contacts with them.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat supply and removal.
