FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is offered application of fungicide benomyl C14H18N4O3 dissolved 10-11 to 10-1 mmol/l in water or physiologic saline as an agent for treating oncologic diseases with a single dosage 0.1 mg to 140 mg for an intake 3 times a day. It is shown than benomyl C14H18N4O3 ((1-(butylamino)carbonyl)-1H-benzimidazole-2-yl), methyl ether of carbamic acid) in the declared range of doses and dilution 10-11 to 10-3 mmol/l reduces pain sensations in the patients an ensured prolonged antineoplastic action, suppresses pathogenic gastrointestinal microflora and preserves beneficial microflora, provides electrolyte correction, i.e. improves clinical effectiveness. It eliminates application of specific anaesthetics in treating the oncologic diseases. The agent is inhaled, introduced through rectum as suppositories, injected intravenously, intramuscularly or applied as the based 1-15% ointment.
EFFECT: improved clinical effectiveness.
