FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: blanks of plating layers are implemented from soft metal and more than blanks of foundation layer, implemented of hard metal by length and width for value equal to 1.1-1.4 of thickness of inner blank. Plating blanks are flanged by perimetre of main blank and connected to each other by welding. In the manufacturing process, after installation of packet into extrusion toolage, by working stroke of press it is implemented flanging of caps of plating blanks by perimetre of main blank up to closing of flanged caps with simultaneous deformation of packet for value 3-7% and connection of flanges by welding in aging in compressed condition. Received packet do not allows gas components in internal cavity that provides absence of oxide films on contacting surfaces. It is provided ability of formation of required external configuration of packet without deformation of its inner layers.
EFFECT: there is absent thermal skellering of packing at heating.
