FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: material includes base and flexible film the front surface of which is attached to base by means of adhesive; attachment point located near the end of extensible sandwich material; and activation area located on the inside of attachment point. Adhesive is applied in activation area in the form of set of straps separated from each other. Ratio of strap width and distance between neighbouring straps in the part of activation area is approximately 0.33 to 1. Method consists in mechanical activation of intermediate sandwich structure in activation area at deformation speed which is more than or equal to approximately 100 s-1.
EFFECT: material obtained with such method contains decreased quantity of adhesive at maintaining delamination force and creep resistance criteria, and is used for manufacturing non-reusable absorbing products.
