The insert can have retention and absorbent elements that prevent the exudate contamination of the external coating so that the external coating may be re-used after exudate inflow and insert change. The insert and/or external coating can have elements improving retention, absorption, material saving and/or adjustment that make them dissymmetric in relation to a transversal axis, and can have elements indicating the placement of the insert and/or external coating in the correct anterior-posterior direction with respect to the user's body.
