FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device (1) comprises belt (2) enveloping at least vehicle tire tread and is made from fabric (7). Fasteners (10) coupled with belt (2) hold the latter around the tread and tie anti-skid device (1) on vehicle wheel (14) to rule out abrupt unfastening. Belt (2) comprises hooks (8) mating at least a portion of belt outer surface (4) to add to friction between tire and rod carpet. Hooks (8) are held with the help of belt fabric (7) and comprise shaped ledges (9) arranged at less than 30° relative to direction perpendicular to wheel rolling. Note here that fabric (7) represents woven fabric.

EFFECT: higher strength and reliability of attachment.
