FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed damper comprises casings with springs. Said casing has base with side vertical walls attached thereto by axles. Said base and side vertical walls accommodate blocks, each being made up of frame and slide cover. Frames are mounted on said base and side vertical walls. Slide covers move in frame guides and are fixed by collars. Elasto-hysteresis springs are mounted under aforesaid slide covers, said spring being made from packs of corrugated rectangular various-thickness plates, corrugations being directed along plate length. Camber of one corrugation enters the recess of another corrugation. Viscous fluid film is applied between said corrugated plates. Aforesaid casing with blocks is arranged in the gap between wheel pair axle box adapter and bogie side frame opening. Block slide covers are in contact with bogie side frame opening surfaces. Casing base and side vertical walls are in contact with wheel pair axle box adapter surfaces. Axles are arranged in base frame slots to displace and turn side vertical walls in all directions to compensate skews originating in car bogie motion.
EFFECT: unified design allowing damping vibrations in all directions, reduced wear and longer life.
