FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ethereal-oil processing. Proposed unit comprises steam boiler, steam duct, refrigerator and separating flask. Boiling vessel represents two truncated cones accommodated inside steam boiler to make air chamber between boilers for steam to flow into boiling vessel. The latter accommodates rows of branch pipes arranged at an angle to inner side surface. Steam distributor represents a cone with its entire surface furnished with through holes. Note here that diametres of said holes increase at cone narrows. Said cone wider part is located on boiling vessel bottom and above water surface.

EFFECT: intensified extraction of essential oil and higher quality of said oil; simplified design.
