SUBSTANCE: invention relates to essential oil industry. The installation has a sealed container, a steam boiler, steam pipes, a cooler and a separating flask. The fractionation chamber is made in form of a flattened cone and is enclosed in a sealed container in which there are also top and bottom collectors and pipes between them on the entire lateral surface of the fractionation chamber. The inter-pipe space of the sealed container is filled with quartz sand and the pipes are shifted to the outer wall of the fractionation chamber, touching it with its surface.

EFFECT: invention enables intensification of the process of extracting essential oils.
