FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention elates to pivot joint of components. Pivot joint consists of component of end teeth and joint of equal angular velocity with corresponding end teeth, with ability of transfer of rotational moment. End teeth are thrown into gear by means of facilities for creation of preliminary axial stress, and in the capacity of effective area there are used its adjoining to each other side faces. Additionally to end teeth in the course of at least one manufacturing operation are preformed, and then to plastic working up to receiving of finished sizes are subject only working surfaces. Additionally end teeth of both by joint member are tempered and/or cemented so, that its working surfaces at presence of axial stress and/or at passing of rotational moment can subside. For component and joint there are provided gearing facilities for its connection by means of check nut.
EFFECT: increasing of accuracy of manufacturing and wear resistance of teeth, and also for providing of reliable interlocking arrangement of connected components.
