SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for extraction of peach refuse by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, drying of tangerine refuses in microwave filed at preset process parametres and drying it up by convective method, mixing of girasol and tangerine refuses in mass ratio 7:3, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce girasol-tangerine drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
