SUBSTANCE: instant powder is obtained by extraction of red tea by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its drying in microwave field till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of girasol till 80-90°C inside the bits during at least an hour and frying. Tangerine refuse is dried in a microwave oven for 1 hour minimum until its residual humidity is about 20% at the microwave filed power providing warming inside the tangerine refuse to 80-90°C and drying it up by a convective method until its residual humidity is about 5%. Girasol and tangerine refuse are mixed in mass ratio 7:3, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
