FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to personal hygiene products, caries prevention and elimination. A device contains a handle with a cavity, a head comprising a detachable bearing element attached to the device, an optical radiation source electrically connected through a switching arrangement to a power source built in the handle cavity. The handle comprises two parts, upper and lower connected by a cone plastic and/or metal element with the optical radiation source located in the upper narrower part of the handle and comprising a high-aperture polymer lamp. Additionally, the device is supplied with an electronic message of the biological tissues condition that represents a spectrum analyser within the range 200 - 1500 nm, a sensor control system and a sound signal of exposition countdown.
EFFECT: invention allows improving bactericidal effect.
