SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medical products, particularly to a combined medicinal form for prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension or cardiovascular diseases containing a modified-release medicinal form with HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a fast-release film layer, containing a hypotensive agent and coating the modified-release medicinal form where said modified-release medicinal form contains a solid dispersion containing HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor solubilising a carrier and a stabiliser; the modified-release carrier; and a gel hydration accelerant. The invention also concerns method for preparing said medicinal form.
EFFECT: fast release of the film layer provides the improved therapeutic effects of hypotensive agent with maintaining fixed blood level of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor due to modified release.
