SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmacy and represents a hepatoprotective and antihepatotoxic pharmaceutical composition containing 200-400 mg of ademetionine and 100-200 mg of ursodeoxycholic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, differing that it additionally contains 250-500 mg of taurine, 300-600 mg of thioctic acid, 140-300 mg of silimarin, 180-500 mg of L-arginine, 250-500 mg of L- carnitine, 250-2000 mg of L-tryptophane, 250-500 mg of L-glutathione or eltacine and 100-200 mg of artichoke extract.
EFFECT: invention provides extended range of products with high hepatoprotective and antihepatotoxic activity.
