FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ropeway comprises end and intermediate stations connected via ways consisting of one hauling and two load-bearing ropes with passenger cars suspended thereon with the help of special trolleys, motor-driven by hauling rope. Stations are equipped with passenger car conveyors. Intermediate supports with equalisers are installed between said stations. Steel wire ropes rest on said supports at height varying depending on terrain relief and height of structure right below ropeway. Ropeway additionally comprises transfer stations. All stations are mounted on arched supports arranged above street carriageways. Passenger cars are driven by hauling rope with the help of discrete drives. Hauling rope is supported by equaliser rollers. A part of equalisers is incorporated with kinematic circuit of discrete drives. Transfer station conveyors are equipped with a system allowing a car readdressing to other ropeway routes.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety, reduced noise and vibration.
