FIELD: railway equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises bridge with guide frame (1) accommodating vibration modules each comprising work tool (8) made up of two plates jointed together with the help of flexible dampers. Lower plate is equipped with loosening cross-like pins (9) and vibro exciters, while upper plate is coupled with anti-vibration suspension and exceeds the weight of lower plate. Every aforesaid loosening cross-like pin represents a rod with through channel, stiffness ribs and tip with nozzle. Upper plate accommodates heat generator communicated, with system of pipelines arranged on lower plate.
EFFECT: reduced unloading time.
