FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has support frame 1 with vertical guides 2 and working member 3 with ripping pins mounted in vertical guides. Extreme pins 4 have guides 5 and are coupled by crossmember 6. Vibration exciter 8 rests on crossmember 6 through springs 7. Rigidly coupled with vibration exciter is at least one pin 9 passed through hole in crossmember 6 and arranged symmetrically relative to pins 4. Pin 9 is made in form of wave guide transmitting energy of acoustic vibrations to end piece 10. Working member 3 is connected with support frame 1 by means of flexible ties 16. Eye 17 serves to fit vibration exciter on crane hook. Pin 9 is formed by plate 11 rigidly coupled with vibration exciter and connected in lower part by means of gaskets 14 with lower part of additional plates 12. The latter are connected by their upper part through gaskets 14 with housing 15. Wedge-type end piece 10 is secured in lower part of housing 15. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
