FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: composition for manufacturing of roasting free silica heat-resistant concrete contains the following components, wt %: silica filler 60 - 80, finely ground dinas 8-16, finely ground bauxite 6-10, finely ground quartzite 4-10, sodium silicate slab in the form of nanosize particles 2- 4, water based on V/T 0.12-0.14. Method for manufacturing of roasting free silica heat resistant concrete from above mentioned composition consists in changeover of sodium silicate slab into nanosize particles by means of dehydrate dispersion of hydrated sodium silicate slab, which is finely ground down to specific surface of 2500-3000 cm²/g at the temperature of 200-600°C, mixing of dinas filler, finely ground dinas, bauxite and quartzite with addition of water mix of sodium silicate slab, having temperature of 80-90°C, and milky opal in the form of nanosize particles into their mixture in process of mixing, and then water with temperature of 80-90°C, mixing of produced mixture, moulding of items from it and their treatment by thermal shock at the temperature of 250-300°C for 1-2 hours. Besides finely ground bauxite and quartzite are produced by means of their joint dry grinding.

EFFECT: increased strength of dinas heat resistant concrete.
