FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing polymer spinning solution in concentrated sulfuric acid and feeding, through spinneret, said solution and air layer or inert medium into tank intended for coagulant spraying. Multi-stage spraying of coagulant, sulfuric acid concentration being reduced step-by-step, is effected to produce spinning material and water is sprayed at final stage. Proposed invention allows increasing spinning and winding rate with no thread breakage thanks to uniform coagulation of surface and inner parts of spinning material. In compliance with this invention, used coagulant or water is reclaimed to be reused at earlier stages.
EFFECT: lower costs, reduced environmental pollution, increased visible size of crystal and reduced number of crystal defects.
