FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for erection of multilayer wall with internal monolithic layer includes erection of external layer of wall by means of laying of structural, mainly stone, materials over each other mostly in horizontal rows, with creation of seams between rows of the latter and with embedment of transverse flexible joints into specified seams, which are arranged in the form of dowels that protrude into zone of erection of internal monolithic layer of wall, laying of heat insulation layer from heat insulation material panels with fixation of the latter on external layer of wall, installation of armature frame in mentioned zone with its fixation on specified dowels, and erection of internal monolithic layer of wall with installation of detachable curb on internal side of erected wall with fixation of the latter in working, preferably vertical, position at a specified distance from heat insulation layer, concrete pouring into space between heat insulation layer and detachable curb and removal of curb after concrete hardening. Transverse flexible joints used are represented by dowels, which are arranged with openings for fixation of armature frame, and detachable curb used is represented by shields equipped with threaded fastening elements with thrust caps, for instance construction screws, and arranged with holes under specified fastening elements, armature frame is mounted from armature rods and fixed by means of installation of the latter in holes of dowels, embedment of which is arranged mostly in horizontal rows - in accordance with direction of structural materials rows, heat insulation material slabs are installed between mentioned rows of dowels and fixed on external layer of wall by means of jamming of specified slabs on top and bottom between dowels, and each shield of detachable curb is fixed in working position by means of its fixation to external layer of wall with the help of specified fastening elements, for this purpose the latter are inserted into openings of specified shield from its external side and are screwed along thread into external wall layer with support of fastening elements caps against curb shield after the latter has been brought into working position, besides prior to removal of curb fastening elements of its shields are screwed out from external layer of wall and taken out of monolithic layer for their further usage as fastening elements of curb shields or are left in erected wall as reinforcing elements of the latter with removal of caps of specified fastening elements, and erection of monolithic layer of wall along height is carried out in a single stage with application of curb shields, every of which is installed along the whole height of erected wall, or in several stages - with application of curb shields, every of which is installed at height of erected wall section, which corresponds to one of specified stages, besides erection of monolithic wall layer in several stages is carried out with rearrangement of curb shields upwards to a new level after hardening of concrete at the section of monolithic wall layer, erected as curb shields are installed at their previous level, besides length, thickness and material of detachable curb shields, and also number and location of holes for fastening elements in specified shields are selected with provision of stable working position of specified shields in process of concrete pouring.

EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity and improved efficiency in erection of multilayer wall, no necessity in usage of construction cranes and their dismantling in process of curb removal, simplified fixation of heat insulation layer on external wall layer and simplified connection of flexible joints to armature frame of monolithic wall layer, possibility to use suggested method in private house building.
