SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telemetric data transmission systems. Proposed is a method of transmitting telemetric data over open networks which support TCP/IP and UDP when telemetric devices are located in a segment of local private addresses, and the dispatch server is on a public network accessible for telemetric devices through a network address translation (NAT) server. An interface with a local private address is created for the telemetric server, where the said address belongs to the network of telemetric devices, assigned for sending control instructions, which include communication establishment instructions, to telemetric devices.
EFFECT: increased functionalities of telemetry network.
