FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composition includes a part of dissolved substance, having at least one hydrophobic material, which works in order to improve water-repellent property in cementing material, and a part of nonaqueous dissolved substance, having at least glycol ether, which works in cementing material to prevent shrinkage in process of drying. Dissolved substance and dissolvent are present in specified mixture in ratio from 95:5 to 5:95, besides parts of mentioned dissolved substance and dissolvent are mixed together in the form of nonaqueous solution or emulsion, where water is present in the form of dispersed phase.
EFFECT: improved water-repellent properties of cementing mixtures.
