FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of measurement equipment design, in particular to detectors for measurement of mechanical oscillations parametres operating in wide band, and may be used to measure parametres of mechanical oscillations of various objects in construction, machine building, etc. Three-component detector of oscillating acceleration comprises body, which is rigidly fixed on basic foundation and is closed with cap. Body is made of metal in the form of trihedral pyramid with three orthogonal planes, on every of which there is a sensitive element attached in cantilever manner. Sensitive elements are arranged in the form of piezoelectric or bimorphous plates.

EFFECT: development of three-component detector of oscillating acceleration, which operates in wide band and makes it possible to measure value and direction of oscillating acceleration vector in any direction, which makes it possible to produce more accurate measurements.
